Why should I buy my ticket online?

No queues, no waiting at the counter – you’ll be on the slopes faster.

Contactless, simple and secure.

How do I receive my valid ticket after purchasing online?

Order your ticket here in the online shop.

You will receive a confirmation email including a QR code. Simply download the QR code to your smartphone.

At the PICK-UP box (Silbis-Genuss-Kiosk) on site, scan the code on your voucher and your Frei(h)zeitkarte will be issued.

Alternatively, you can exchange your voucher for the Frei(h)zeitkarte at the cable car ticket desk.

Please note: For season, multi-day or annual passes, a photo is required. Please show your QR code at the ticket desk. The photo will be taken on site and free of charge.

Can I order by phone?

Of course! You can contact us by phone (+43 5556 74119) or by email (shop@kristbergbahn.at) and we’ll be happy to assist you with your booking.

How can I pay online?

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard or Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer).

Where is my ski ticket valid?

Depending on your selection (single rides, day tickets, afternoon tickets, 1.5-day, 2-day or 2.5-day tickets), your ticket is valid at Kristberg in Silbertal, the Genießerberg in Montafon.

The combination ticket "Silvretta Montafon & Kristberg" (for the same ticket types) is valid at both areas.

From 3-day tickets onwards as well as for season passes, annual passes and the Sonnenabo, your ticket is valid at all mountain lifts in the Montafon Brandnertal region.

Are multi-day tickets valid on non-consecutive days?

Multi-day tickets are valid only on consecutive days.

Exceptions: the flexible ticket options (5 in 6, 8 in 12 or 10 in 14 days) and the Sonnenabo.

With the Sonnenabo, you can freely choose your skiing days within a 21-day period.

Are there group rates?

Absolutely! We’re happy to send you our group rates and conditions on request. Please contact us by email (shop@kristbergbahn.at).

Are there discounts on certain tickets?

Discounts are available for individuals with a disability pass showing at least 70% disability.

This discount can only be granted on-site upon presentation of the ID at the valley station of the Montafoner Kristbergbahn or at the Kristberglift.

From what time is the 1.5- or 2.5-day ticket valid?

These tickets are valid exclusively at Kristberg in Silbertal, the Genießerberg in Montafon, starting from 11:30 a.m. on the first day, and continue for one or two additional consecutive days.

Who qualifies for a family season or annual ticket?

A family season or annual pass is available for parents (mother and/or father) and children living in the same household.

Proof is required – a family pass, residence confirmation or valid ID.

The family rate applies if all passes are purchased at the same time. The oldest child pays, all additional children are free.

Family passes can be purchased online or at the ticket desk at Kristberg in Silbertal, the Genießerberg in Montafon.

Who do I contact if I’ve lost something on the mountain?

In case of lost valuables, we’re happy to help! Call us at +43 5556 74119 or email shop@kristbergbahn.at.

Can I get a refund due to injury or illness?

In case of serious injury (not valid for accompanying persons) which significantly impairs skiing ability, the Montafon Brandnertal multi-day or season pass can be partially refunded (less a handling fee of €7.50).

Only unused days are refunded (the card must be deposited at the Kristbergbahn). A medical certificate is required and can be submitted later.
